Pearl River County Health Department

It takes forever getting some paper work from this department. Keep coming back and forth at least 4x just to get one paper to be use for school. Horrible service. Not all employees tho. The head manager could do better!! One star for the great service of the real employees whose doing their job properly 0 to the horrible person whose not doing their job. At Wic department who keep transferring my calls to gulfport instead of helping me out her name is Lisa maam maybe you could do better than that. Whatever you do well always come back to you!!

Was told presumed negative but had to wait for final results that paperwork was never turned in. Unreal !! Having to get son retested. Son got retest and presumed negative and results came back invalid.... what the hell ? We are trusting these people and they can't do their job right !!

Well, I thought this was a decent place to go to came in January. They told me to come on March 8 at 8:45 AM so I showed up Im not on the schedule they tell me you must be in the wrong place cause we dont do that here? As they were the ones who put in my iud in janurary. as I have it written down by the lady who sits at the front desk with the time March 8 at 8:30 her handwriting Nobody was going to bother to call to tell me that they rescheduled my appointment for the following week very unprofessional, especially when I live 40 minutes away this appointment was scheduled two months in advance and they didnt have the courtesy to call and tell me they changed it and I even confirmed with the lady three times before I left to make sure that this was the right day and she said yes
