I called Rick's at 5 pm on Sunday, Labor Day weekend. He was at my home about 7 pm, and apologized for being late. He had been working on another job. It was 80 degrees in my home. He was at my home within 2 hours on a holiday weekend....not late in my book! He determined it was a clogged drain. Fixed it all up. Everything is working. I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing! I insisted on paying him having him come out late on a holiday. When he was leaving, he said if I had any further problems, to call him and he would come right out. Ricks crew and Rick himself are very professional,on time and helpful. They write down whats happening and take their time to make sure everything is up and running while fixing the ac inside and outside include installation of new thermostat and cleaned the outside coils, changed filters and added freon.
