        They lifted and stabilized my foundation. I couldnt have asked for a more professional service. Their word is their bond. Reasonable prices and quality work.

        It would be under my wifes name Tara Wilson, we were charged over $6000 for essentially nothing. I was away in Australia supporting the US Marines but my wife received poor responses to her questions and the guy that came out to do the work was by himself as his helpers quit after the first day. The supervisor failed to come out and look at the work and never responded to my wifes request to visit our home and the work that was done. Just an overall horrible experience and I would never use your company nor would I recommend you to any of my friends or neighbors. Just awful from start to finish. Service: Foundations

        In response to Ms. Thames questions and your answer.... I just looked on BBB and it shows you have been in Business since 11/21/2014. Maybe RAMJACK has been in business for 40 years but you sir, have not.

        Wayne Nall, the rep, did not explain the contract or had the patience of answering any questions! He is a hot tempered guy! He sent over a contract in which some of it was hand written and mark through. When I questioned the contract, he interrupted me and said that he is not changing anything, but he will listen to me. Everytime I will speak, he consistently interrupted me from getting my point of view across from trying to get an understanding. The bottom line is I never got an understanding of my contract because he wanted me to just sign. He never explained the contract, instead he just emailed it over. If you decide to go with this company, make sure you do not let Wayne be your representative. This experience has caused the company to lose my business. I feel if you are confident in what you are doing, then you should be able to answer the questions. I highly do not recommend this company!

Wayne is an experienced professional and in no way meant to convey impatience while explaining our contract. Foundation repair is a very complex process and Ram Jack has been a pioneer in this industry for over 40 years. Our contracts are specifically written to protect you. Because our work is backed by a lifetime warranty, we have very specific guidelines with regard to our products and installation. These mandates are in place from Ram Jack corporate, the manufacturer, so that we can warranty our work for the life of your structure. No representative has the authority to alter these guidelines. Again, this is for your protection. We would be happy to talk to you about this further. The vast majority of homeowners receive a great deal of relief knowing the full effort Ram Jack puts into our products, installation and warranty. We hope we can be of service to you.
