My daughters and I have been patients there for 4 years, but I dont recommend them because their front desk staff is dismissive and condescending. Today, I went in for a cleaning but was running late. Although I arrived within my 15 minute window, a representative named Karri told me that I would have to reschedule. I explained to her that I was out of town and drove an hour-and-a-half to make it back specifically for this appointment. She did not care. Today, I had also hoped to schedule an appointment to go back in next month to begin the treatment process for Invisalign & a crown installation. I guess thats thousands that Karri feels SmileBuilders does not need. I absolutely love Terra, my hygienist, and Dr. Cobbins, my dentist well, now my former hygienist and dentist, thanks to Karri. Customer service means a lot to me, and I do not support any business that upholds the type of shoddy service that Karri delivered today.

My visits are always great. The staff is pleasant and professional which creates a warm atmosphere. Friendly and caring dental team that always exemplifies compassion, concern and patience. Make them your first choice your teeth will THANK YOU!

I have been going there for years with my son and today was my first disappointment, I just didn't like how what was going on with my son was talked about in front of everyone in the waiting area ,so I did call back and was told it would be passed along

Dr. Stewart & staff are great! They got me in the same day and all fixed up within minutes once I arrived. It was convenient & comfortable-great atmosphere too! Everything is healing well thanks to the at home tips provided by the smilebuilders Canton staff.
