        I had a tour appointment this morning at 11:00am.Im so disappointed because the young lady that was at the desk knew nothing about it.Not only that,she said that she had nothing to show..she did ask me did I do it online and I told her yes.then she acted as if she didnt get a notification of my appointmentwhich I did get a confirmationyall need to do better
