After the storms, our pool cleaner broke and the pool quickly developed a green algae bloom. Took a sample in to CPS and they determined exactly what we needed to get our pool clear and swimmable again in less than 4 days.

If you have any pool troubles, this is the place to go! I spoke with Tina who is super nice and very very knowledgeable about her waters and what to do to fix so it's clear and blue!! I have above ground from Sam's and that didn't matter, she still helped me with my water sample and I ended up buying something she recommended to clear my water up, AND IT WORKED!! I was told by one pool company that I would have to drain it and no way to clear it up etc etc... Nope Tina/CPS took time to explain what I needed to do, look at chemicals I already had so I didn't have to waste money at that time buying new and then sold me a 40$ bottle to clear the pool right up and after a vacuum it's beautiful. I will never go to another pool service and I highly recommend CPS. Also right off the I55 savannah street exit and right there to get back on so easy access

My husband and I are new gunite pool owners and we made a trip from Grenada here based on their reviews. We were greeted by Tina who was a wealth of knowledge and very receptive to our questions. She gave us all of the information we needed and more! She gave me the email address to email her for any other questions we might have. If youre looking for information about your pool, testing, chemicals, etc or need to buy supplies this is the place to go!! Thanks Tina!

Really disappointed the service we received or should I say didn't receive. I called about having a liner installed, salesman came out to my home took measurements and talked with me on text to maybe three time then nothing. I called several times, unfortunately never spoke with the salesman, it was always we will take a message and give it to him. Then I asked to speak with the manager and was told that there wasn't one at this location but we will let the salesman know you wanted to talk with the manager. This process started back in May and it's now October, and I still have not heard anything from the Manger or salesman. It's sad the level of service you receive from businesses these days.
