    Body work was awesome. They were really good about explaining to me whenever anything was done or a waiting on a part. I don't know who posted that I had headlight issues but what I'll always remember and I tell everybody is how they let me know about the dangers of the decals over my vehicle emblem and steering wheel. Plus they 100% stand by their warranty. They really care about their customers.

    The review is a little bitter-sweat. Let me start out by say I had no work done here but there was a possibility. This review is mostly about my communication and interaction with them during an insurance claim. My car set in their facility for a week waiting on an adjuster, during which I made multiple calls. Every time I spoke with someone they were kind, courteous, understanding and patient. When going through something new to me I generally ask a lot of questions. I remember calling them back right after getting off the phone with them, asking those questions, and the person's pleasant demeanor remained the same. The insurance company ultimately totaled the car out, so I got a chance to talk with someone in person. I was there to collect items from the vehicle and the in-person experience was the same as before. Post car accidents can carry trauma, both emotionally and possibly physical. The last you'd want to be meet with is any hint of a bad attitude in customer service. A bad attitude from the place that is fixing your vehicle can be nerve-racking. The trust and confidence you once had on the road could be shattered. The shop you choose had not only the job of repair your vehicle, if possible, but to make sure you know they actually care.
