    Corina Smith and Diane are very understanding, always have a smile on there face. Corina is the best assistant manager. There is a lot going on in this world, we need beautiful understanding people like her, all I can say is there is a very few in this world like hurt I came across. I love living here, I feel safe and at home!

  • The Eb Series

    I moved in 3 weeks ago. I had something delivered to my apartment hoping it would get there the day of move in or shortly after; however, things were surprisingly delivered early. This company doesnt allow move-in before 3 pm so by the time I received my keys, my package was missing. It was delivered that morning at 10 am. Never recovered. Im also still waiting to receive a mail key to the mail box and a gate card. This is the slowest complex Ive ever worked with. Unable to reach office via office phone due to some construction. Otherwise, apartments are clean and quiet. I try not to be a bother to complex offices but Im looking for important mail, so its been super frustrating.

    This is the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. Ive had maintenance problems since day 1. My fridge has been leaking since move in. It hasnt been fixed yet. Every time I open a work order, the office staff just close the work order as complete and the work hasnt been done. Ive been here almost a year, my fridge is still leaking. Its cause some of my food inside my fridge to mold due to the moisture. My toilet has been stopped up over a month. Ive called the office and opened up a work order online. They keep saying someone will come by and fix it. No one has ever come. I have four kids and only one working toilet, when Im paying for two. Ive had problems with the heat. Maintenance says nothing is wrong with the heat. I would give 0 stars if I could.

    This complex sucks. It was the cheapest but you get what you pay for! The apartment was DISGUSTING upon move in! Water pressure sucks! Microwave stopped working and it took literally over a week to be repaired, I had to call 8 times!. Toilets are broken, still havent been out to fix those. Sockets lose, no maintenance to fix that either. They call constantly and answer each time you call BEFORE you move in but after you sign the lease, good luck getting assistance with anything.
