    Stayed here for almost 5 years and over the course of those 5 years' service declined. While I have always had pretty good and friendly neighbors, the customer service of a few of the staff has been disheartening and unprofessional. Over the course of my stay, they have switched management companies 3-4 times. When emailing the manager and assistant manager various documents, I have never received a response back until I call the office asking if they have received my documents. When I renewed my lease for another year, I had to send them a copy of my renters' insurance. Despite me calling to ensure they received it, it was never uploaded to my profiled and I was billed an extra fee. I have been now trying to get them to refund that fee for now 2 years and all the property manager and the assistant property manager tells me is that they will have to call the old management company since they are no longer to access their records. I have been hearing that for the past two years. Asked again about it today (03/29/2024) and was still told the same thing which lets me know that no one has even took time to look into it even when they were still with that management company and had the access to the files. I have emailed the property manager my receipts from when I was charged and previous receipts that shows the difference and have still not heard back. It should not have to be this difficult to get a refund. I let them know 3 months in advance I was moving out (I even sent an official letter). Again, I had to call to make sure they received the letter. Even though they had the letter and I called to tell them, they sent me another bill with a fee that stated I was staying over my move out date. I again had to call them to let them know what my lease stated and that I should not be getting charged a fee. They eventually removed it. The only reason I gave two stars is because I had pretty good neighbors and the maintenance guys have been friendly. Communication is horrible among the property managers to the tenants. I would never go back to stay here ever just because of that reason. May I also note that not one staff member has apologized to explained why it takes this long to receive a refund not even the property manager who I sent the email to. I ended up calling the actual old property management company myself today to see if they could do something and thank goodness they tried because the managers at Bradford Place have not did anything and if they have it has definitely not been communicated. However, I am pretty sure nothing has been done because I get the same excuse (We will have to call the old management company to get access to those records) every time. I definitely would not recommend anyone move here.

    Tierra Was Great with getting me in and I moved in quickly with no problems.. Apartment look nice and worth the rent.. Tierra makes you feel at home with her high positive attitude.. I feel like Im home AGAIN
