Excellent work; Fast, friendly and helpful. The front office was super helpful; she gave me an idea of what to expect on the day of my scheduled repair. She was very knowledgeable and was able to coach me through what we needed to have done to complete the requested repairs. On the day of the appointment, the technician, Tim, called 30mins before arriving. He was on time and made quick, yet professional, work of the two repairs. He was also very helpful and took the time to show me how to use the gas fireplace. Overall this company went above and beyond. I highly recommend Wilburn Plumbing. These guys provided fast professional service. They replaced all of our copper pipes. After dealing with a leak twice since purchasing our home in 2020 we decided to bite the bullet and replace the plumbing. They got everything done in a day and a half. Very thorough and friendly staff!
