        I want to thank KDMC for the excellent care and attention I received during my short stay this week. From the moment I walked in the ER the immediate attention I was given saved my life. Every employee from the custodian cleaning my room to the surgeon was polite and professional. The nurses ( Charlie, Jasmine and others) were excellent. Every employee that passed my room never failed to ask if I needed anything. The call I received at home this morning to check on how I was feeling and to make sure I was following directions. It is very comforting to know that during emergencies you know that your local hospital is an A+ institution.

        Absolutely impossible to reach someone in Patient Accounts. Placed on hold the first time for 30 minutes and 15 the second time, finally gave up.
