      image Called the morning of check in.. said they had over booked so they cant do anything about it. Basically said find another hotel. Wont spend another penny at this location.

      image The service here is HORRIBLE! General Manager allowed construction workers to work as late as 9:00 at night banging and scraping walls. Front desk staff were non existent and could care less. Thermostat in room didnt work.
      However, one lady working breakfast was very sweet and attentive, but that was it.
      Dont usually stay in Holiday Inn anyway because of substandard management and poor customer service but this one was hands down the worst.

      image Due to weather on our trip to New Orleans we needed to stay somewhere for the night. We were very disappointed to arrive and be told that this hotel does NOT accept cash
