First off Id like to start by saying this is the single worst experience Ive ever had with a business. So my first initial conversation with pool works was actually the only positive one I had with them. I called in spoke with a lady I believe her name was Nicole from what Ive been told she is one of the owners spouse. I called in to get a drain/clean and refill on my pool and to start regular maintenance with pool works weekly. The lady was nice helped me by sending a quote for $750 to my email which I looked over for a few days and then signed and sent back to them. Once the contract was signed for the drain/clean and refill pool works informs me that they cant take on my regular maintenance for my pool that all of their slots are taken up. So this was the first strike, you wait until I sign a contract to then tell me now you cant do what I was told you could do. This was okay though I didnt make a big deal about it I just said okay and started to reach out to other companies. So pool works began my drain clean on Saturday 5/1/21 my wife and I were out of town from the day they started to the day they finished on 5/3/21. The day we get home the first thing I notice in my pool was my pool light hanging from its wire just floating in the water, obviously I know just as anyone electricity and water isnt a good combo so I didnt freak out I just pulled the light carefully out of the water and immediately called pool works, now mind you I got this light replaced under 12 months ago for over $400 so I figured this was a simple mistake. So like I said I called pool works and again the lady who took my call was very nice and said that I would receive a call from the service advisor ASAP. So I waited a day but still no call so I called Aaron their service guy personally and this is where things got weird I began by telling him how I got home on the day they finished and seen that they took my pool light out of its socket and left it floating in the water. At this point Mr. Aaron began yelling at me I DIDNT TOUCH YOUR LIGHT. I said okay but you guys where the last ones to touch the pool and it was in perfectly working order and actually in the wall of the pool like it was supposed to be when I left so like any normal person one can assume lights dont just fall out of the wall... at this point he apologized for his attitude and began to agree with me that it did seem a bit strange that the very same time they where working on my pool that the light would just randomly fall out of the wall... but told me that he couldnt do anything about it that I needed to call the owner Josh.. I said okay and I called Josh, this is how our conversation went I said hello Josh my name is Aaron and I am calling to see what you guys can do about my pool light that was damaged when you all where working on the pool he says in these exact words (I have the recordings) We arent going to do nothing for you then began to tell me that I shouldnt be telling him how to run his company and then finally took the cake by saying DONT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN SUE ME I was able to contact Aaron after this and he sent a guy out to my house to put the broken pieces of the pool light back together so it wouldnt be just sitting in my back yard but when he left he left my back yard gate open and my dog that Ive had for over 2 years escaped and my 8 month pregnant wife had to chase him through the neighborhood. With all this being said I have been told that there is another co-owner but at this point no one answers my calls to give me the info. I have sense contacted another company and plan to tell everyone I know of this encounter and will never do business with this company again. Service: Cleaning
