This guy is does not know what termite damage looks like. Recently bought a house where he was the pest guy for them for 30+ years. The previous owners had him do the termite inspection which passed. We bought the house and moved in and I immediately noticed a wall that did not look right. The Sheetrock was bowing out and the wall could easily be pushed on (felt as if there was no stud behind the wall). We had the inspector come out and he said it looked like termites based off the trails left at the top near the crown mounding. Called Arthur back out and he said "no no no definitely not termite damage, I don't see any dirt in the trails." A few weeks later working in another area I noticed another "soft" wall. We cut into the Sheetrock and found a barely there stud. Obviously eaten away by termites.  Sent him a picture and he said again "no not termites, no dirt. Must be water damage." Called a 3 other termite companies to come out and inspect. Both places we found were caused by termites as well as two other areas. They were able to clearly see this damage without any holes being cut into the wall. How the heck did this guy miss it even after us calling him back out and pointing out the obvious damage to him.
