The new staff is very unprofessional, unfriendly and shows an impressive lack of service. Don does not know how to mix and test paint for aan acceptable match. He does not even want to check "his" mix back to the sample. Wonder what has gone on in this location to change a very successful crew to these hoodlums. I take my business to Ridgeland now where they know and respect me.

I don't know what is wrong with the new staff at this location. Very unfriendly too. I used this store for quite a while with several companies I am working for. This time the unfriendlyness and lack of service was astonishing. I was dealing with Don, I had to get a 5 gallon bucket of flat interior paint, matched to a sample. So Don got to work, and prested me after a short while with the bucket of paint and kept my sample in his pocket. I asked him normally the staff who serves me test the paint on the provided sample. Don became very rude, put a drop of paint on my sample faned it a little bit and said it's ok. I did not know that the paint was still wet. I had my surprise when I started printing and there was no match at all. Shame on you Don, and shame on Farrell Calhoun who employs such a low life. I will take my business to Ridgeland now, where they still know me and reat me with respect. Shame on you for wasting my time and my money

I love the staff at the Brandon store BooBoo and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They have helped me to pick perfect paint colors for my home. I will always get my paint from Farrell Calhoun in Brandon MS.

Super-friendly staff that was patient with me as i could not make a decision. Finally made a wonderful choice and got it at a reasonable price
