Got got here and found out our room was booked for the day before by accident. The lady was very helpful and nice. We booked another room and was told we were upgraded we d to an executive suit. Well..... there was no blanket on the bed. Holes in the couch that looked like it was picked up put off a crack house. The pool was green, and the doors around the hotel don't lock, so anyone can walk in. And it was weird like the cleaners all ran out for some reason. All the room doors were left open. It was really weird.

I am writing this review for my mother in law who stayed in January. Room was booked as hearing impaired, mobility accessible with a roll in shower. Call was placed 5 days before check in and front desk personal went down to the room to check and confirmed with me that room was a roll in shower with a shower bench. Upon arrival shower was found to not be to roll in (had a 3 inch lip around it with an inch and a half drop on the other side of it), no shower bench or chair, and the shower curtain was an inch and a half too short so it leaked water everywhere. Would not consider the room mobility accessible as there was a bench in the entryway that had to be immediately be moved to even allow a wheelchair in the room. My partner had to have sponge baths outside of the shower area because there was no safe way to place them in the shower. Only resolution offered was to see if they could see if they could find a longer shower curtain and offer to mop the floor after every shower. Water on the floor with someone who is mobility impaired is a huge safety hazard and not acceptable, coming in after the fact to mop water is not helpful in the least. After declining these two options we were told by the manager that we were offered two solutions and since we declined them our other option was to check out by 3pm (it was 2:40pm) or we would be charged for another night. When asked for a corporate number we were told that this he owned the hotel, there was no corporate number, and there was no one higher we could speak with. Attempts to contact this location after checkout have gone unanswered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and Wyndham should be mortified that this experience took place at one of their franchises.
