I had a great experience with the service department this weekend. It was kind of a funny story. I was driving my 2024 Corolla for the first time in a couple of weeks and I realized that the dashboard clock had a different time than the display clock. The dashboard hadn't updated to daylight savings time. I drove immediately to the dealer and told them I can't live like this! Looking at two different times for the next six months would drive me absolutely nuts! Probably would've caused a wreck--I would've had to put some tape over it or something.
At the dealer, the answer wasn't immediately apparent. Must have been in some deeply hidden menu, I don't know. But the service tech went to find someone to look at it. I wish I could remember the name of the brilliant lady who came out because I would for sure shout her out. She had it fixed in about ten seconds!
Everyone was very kind and accommodating the whole time. They saved my sanity that day.

I came here because the one on I-55 didn't do what I needed done. This one had an arsenal of older prejudice white men working here. What gets ne is that I still have to pay for my service and anything I get here. Nothing is free. I have come more than twice and the same attitudes are displayed towards those who are non white customers. Don't ask them ( the older white males) a question. You will be ignored! But if a person is of their same race comes up, they become instantly attentive.

La Raven did a great job. Quick and professional. Oil change tream were available to answer my questions.
