Visited this spa with my daughter for a haircut and style. Hair length when i walked in was below my shoulders. Gave the person cutting my hair a description and photo of what I was looking for....long layers, shoulder length. I had to remove my glasses so was not able to see clearly how she was cutting my hair. When finished, my hair is just below my ears and "styled" under to look very much like I was wearing a helmet. My hair has never been this short. Needless to say, I'm more than disappointed and I'm actually embarrassed about how I look. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a haircut and style.

Disappointing to say the least. The attendant at the front desk was very helpful but the wet areas in the spa are closed and havent reopened since Covid. They stopped letting people use the spa if you didnt have a room a few years ago. Also disappointing. However, this time I got a room thinking Id be able to use the facilities. Nope. Didnt happen. Dont waste your money here. Definitely not worth it

Had a pedicure here. My technician did an excellent job but the seats are not very comfortable. They are flat like the beds in a doctor's office. Actually made the massager in the seat feel strange. The place is otherwise lovely and people very nice.
