American Lighting & Signs LLC

If I could leave American Lighting & Signs and its owner William Tindall a zero, I would do so. I spoke with William on 11/14 and advised that I needed a site survey done at a location in Ocean Springs that is opening for business on 12/16. William requested a PO be sent, along with the appropriate address information and other supporting documents. William advised that he'd complete the survey on 11/18 or 11/19, and send us the results. I didn't receive the survey results as promised, so on 11/20 I called William and was told that he didn't receive my email with the PO. I resent the email to the same email address, and waited on the phone for William to verify that he had in fact received it. William promised to have the survey done the following Monday (11/25) or Tuesday (11/26). Not wanting more time to elapse without the survey results, I called William again on Monday evening (11/25) as I had not heard from him. William acknowledged that the survey had not yet been done - - promising it would be completed Tuesday morning (11/26) and sent to me via email by Tuesday evening. I didn't receive anything that evening from William, so on Wednesday, 11/27, I called again and left William a message requesting a call back advising as to the status of the survey. William did not call, and did not email. Thursday was Thanksgiving day, and so I waited till Monday, 12/02 and called William in the morning. By evening, I still hadn't heard from William, so I called him again. During that conversation, William advised that he hadn't done the survey as promised the previous week because "it was a holiday week". William then advised that he'd complete the survey on the morning of Tuesday, 12/03 and "would have the survey results to you that evening." As the reader can probably guess, that didn't happen either. So, I called twice on Wednesday, 12/04, and was told that the survey had been completed that same morning, that the person who completed the survey had it in the truck with him -- and that William would make sure it was sent to me that afternoon. Unsurprisingly, as of 11:00 am on Thursday, 12/05, I do not have a survey - - no photos, no measurements. Not only that, but in the 21 days that have elapsed since our original conversation, William has not once called or emailed with any type of update. If he was too busy to do the work he committed to doing, he could have called or emailed and let us know it'd be best to find someone else. William never did. My experience with William and American Lighting & Signs has been beyond disappointing. Broken promise after broken promise has put our project at risk unnecessarily, and William has done absolutely nothing to improve the situation. Communication from American Lighting & Signs has been non-existent. To this day I've received not a single phone call and zero emails. I would not recommend American Lighting & Signs for any sign project.
