Rented through them for an extended work trip. Service was great and rates better than any hotel in the area. Highly recommend and will use again if ever back in the area!

Made reservations in March 2021 for October 2021 and deposit was made. Out of the blue July 28, 2021, we get an email stating our reservation was cancelled. Do not recommend booking with this company. No explanation was given. But, found out ours was cancelled and rebooked for someone else. This is NOT a good business practice! Shame on you!!! Ask yourself. Would I pay a premium price for this condo? Pictures speak volumes. -10 rating. Bait & Switch transaction pulled on us.

As condo owners, my wife and I need a reliable management company to care for our property when were not there. Darren and Stacey at Southern Mississippi Real Estate are our choice for that job. Were treated honestly and fairly in every interaction we have with them. When we do come down to visit the Mississippi coast were always pleasantly surprised at how nice the place looks after being rented throughout the year. We want someone who treats our second home like it was theirs, and thats what they do. Weve had other companies manage our condo but Southern Mississippi Real Estate is our favorite because whether its an owner, a tenant or a buyer, I believe they really care about satisfying everyone they serve.

After driving to Mississippi from Maine with lots of trials and tribulations along the way. We didn't arrive in Mississippi until late evening, Stacy still meet us on property to get my family settled in so we could put the day behind us and start are vacation off fresh. Thanks for making our family vacation one to remember. See you next year..
