        This place couldn't help me but they were very kind when I called and the lady who answered helped me out and gave me a list of lawyers who may be able to help. She really listened to what I had to say and was empathetic to my situation. It was a great first impression, I wish we could have worked together. There weren't very many lawyer's offices who were like that when I called. Most of the others didn't seem to really care about my situation and rushed to get off the phone. However, Van Cleave Law listened, was empathetic, remained polite and gave me some resources to turn to. Thank you, I appreciate that.

      I do see that you called our office and left a message on Friday morning, July 22 about a potential claim. I’m sorry I was not able to call you back that day, before leaving the country for a week early the following morning.
