Bought kitchen cabinets, flooring, and appliances at this Home Depot.  When the cabinets were delivered; I was short 2 strips of molding.  When they sent the other 2 strips, one was darker than the other.  I have to pay extra for labor to install it.  When the appliances were delivered the delivery men broke the refrigerator.  They loaded it back on the truck and said I would get a replacement. Called and was told there was no replacement because I had asked for a refund.  I said no I didn't and they said someone at the store said it.  Called the manager and she said they would order a new fridge at the sale price and I had a refund coming.  Again, no order was placed.  Now the fridge was on backorder.  Manager said I could pick a refrigerator that was comparable to the price I originally paid and give them back the refund or pick a cheaper one.  Had to settle for a cheaper one.  Delivery people installed the microwave and damaged the range and the microwave.  Sent a complaint to Home Depot who sent to the store manager; no response.  I don't why these people wanted to provide such horrible service but please don't be their next victim.
