Worst management and staff. Its more of a child like work environment. I wish someone would come in and evaluate these people with patients. Worst place to work and have your loved ones!!!!

To improve customer satisfaction, Tina, the administrative assistant, requires training on how to thoroughly examine POAs and gather essential details without exhibiting rudeness to the daughter of potential clients.

The building itself is in much need or renovations. However, the people more than make up for it. We have yet to experience a negative or non-informative person yet. My father has been in The Pillars for 2 weeks now and I can honestly say I was very pleasantly surprised by the positive attitudes of the staff and Dad loves the food (hes a pretty picky eater too). Great job to this staff for being a shining light for this complex. I hope ownership can find a way to bring the building and grounds up to par to match the energy of the people working here.

This is NOT where you want your loved one to live. The social workers were wonderful but the nursing staff was atrocious. The facility is filthy and patient needs are ignored. I brought my father home to care for him myself. Now we use Greenbriar for respite care.
