As the other review states, this company operates on schemes, scams, and cons. They don't pay fair for employees. Most of the office employees are family, so there is a GREAT deal of nepotism. Olivia, a cleaning "manager" is morally bankrupt, rude, and doesn't know the first thing about managing people. They sent me to homes with bedbugs infested and roaches. Didn't pay me for deep cleaning roach poop. Since they're all family members, no one will return your call if you have issues. I have filed with the Federal Labor Board to receive my pay in full, as well as filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I would highly recommend finding a more reputable company to clean, paint or whatever your needs may be. It is extremely sad to have people with families working for you and refuse to pay them, scam them and withold multiple apartments they painted that took several hours to paint. I would recommend using a business that not only values their customers but even more importantly the employees they entrust to have so the services. Any company that lets down their own team wouldn't value a customer any better which is extremely saddening. Where are the morals and ethics of a business to do this people.

What a great company and Staff! I recently vacated my house for a move and needed to prepare the house for resale. The service provided by Keionte and his team left my house looking like new. Cindy was responsible for the housecleaning while Jacob handled the carpets and tile. I was impressed with the oversight provided by Keionte, he did not leave his staff unattended, he was at the house frequently throughout the day. I highly recommend Complete Turn Key Services.
