Coastal Family Health Center Biloxi

Called to set an appointment, on hold for a little while (no big deal), but then they answered and promptly hung up on me. How rude! Called back, and they did it again. Is this how you run your business? Unbelievable. This place should be your absolute LAST OPTION, even after the emergency room.

I had an appointment with Coastal Family Health Center on 2/29/24. I was assigned a new doctor, Dr. A. I was skeptical at first but I'm sooooo glad I was assigned to him. He is the most thoural doctor I've had since going to Coastal, which has been 6yrs! He is the ONLY Dr. that has EVER had lab work done and results back in two days! He took the time to call me on a Sunday to review my results! I've NEVER had ANY doctor at Coastal to take the time to do that for me. I can tell he really cares about his patients.

Asian Receptionist extremely rude.argumentive.they are suposed to be there to HELP ppl in need.instead they are very disrespectfull taking advantage knowing you are in pain & need care.

The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. They make fun of people that don't have money. Along with the security guard laughing with them. This is the most unprofessional medical establishment I have ever been to. Do better! This center was created to help those in need not make fun or belittle them!
