        The guys I worked with are very good people, overall it seems like a good company I only worked with them for 2 weeks if you decide to become employed by them please get a understanding of your hourly wages before you start , I hired on for a set hourly rate but it was about seven dollars an hour short when I receive my first paystub communication and understanding is always best

        Not going to mention names....Called to get an estimate, the man was kinda rude, acted like he was bothered by me wanting one, set up the appointment. The day came and the guy didn't show when agreed on a time. Called the office at 11:34 a man answered said let me go find him. The man that I set appointment with came on the line and said "oh no one showed up?" I said no. (knowing that I set it up with him and he said HE was going to be there) He said "I can be there afternoon". I said well no one will be there it was set for 10am. He said "ok I'll be there in 10mins". He showed up wasn't there 7-10mins for a HUGE commercial job, and left. If you don't like your job then leave. If you are not wanting to do HUGE jobs just say so. Don't waste others time!

      In the 7 ½ days that we worked together, we found Jason Dueitt to be a great guy and a great addition to our team. We are sad to see Jason leave. We are unaware of a $7.00 an hour discrepancy in pay. If pay was an issue, we are open to further discussion. As a 44 year old company with an average employee tenure in excess of 10 years, we wouldn’t have been around this long nor would we have the skilled and talented team we have if we shorted folks on their pay. Just the opposite; we are among a very few companies of this trade and market that offer 401k, health insurance, paid holidays and PTO that extends to the hourly field trades. So, Jason if you want to talk further, come see us. If not, we understand and wish you only the best. Aladdin Construction Co., Inc
