Incredibly rude when they answer the phone. The price for my dryer part was double if not more than that compared to everywhere else on the coast.

I dont understand the negative reviews. I called Mr Gary this morning asking if he had a shift actuator for my washing machine. He said it did. It was OEM, in stock, and cheaper than the other store I called. I was at work and unable to be there at business hours. He called me and said he had some stuff to do at the shop later in the evening and said he was on his way down. I drove down. Part is EXACTLY what I need. I will recommend him to my friends and family. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time out of his already busy and stressful day to ensure I could wash clothes for my family this weekend!
