        Do not go to this bank. The employees are rude and they take too long. They act like they do not know what they are doing and they are not friendly. I have been using renasant bank for years and this is the first time I went to this branch on McCullough blvd. in tupelo ms

        ATM took my wifes debit card for no reason. Bank wouldnt let me get it even though we have a joint account. My 8 month prego wife has to fly to bank before close to get it.

        Takes twice as long as other banks to deliver outgoing Bill pay. ACH takes up to 8 days to deliver. Wonderful people in the branches. Technology at Renasant is 20 years behind. The only reason I stay with Renasant is the branch employees are outstanding.
