        I set up everything online to get hooked up and when I called to see when I could expect them they told me 6-8 weeks thats ridiculous im not paying 200 dollars and wait that long paid the fee come and put the box on the house now nobody can give me a answer of when they will finish

        I canceled my account in December 2022. Return the boxes and they kept billing me through March 2023 I paid but they wanted me to pay then they reinstated my account now charge me $462. This place is a joke would never recommend them!

      William, we apologize that the installation timeframe didn't meet your expectations. We are working diligently to get this timeline down to 4 weeks. We have multiple projects in the works which in turn requires a lot of installations.
