McDonald's

I went in the store and I had to order on the kiosk because no one would take my order at the computer. Waited 20 minutes to get two double cheeseburgers and a large fry. The workers were just walking around talking to their friends in the lobby and just hopelessly wandering around the store. Numerous people came into order and just left because no one would wait on them. Also the 20 minutes that I was there four people from the drive-through had to come back in because their order was missing something.

This is the second worst McDonald's I have ever been to and I'm a truck driver so that speaks volume. This is my local McDonald's so I have been there a lot. Most of the time it's bad but tonight topped the cake. I ordered 2 Big Mac meals and a 4 pce happy meal with bbq sauce and a juice. After getting home there was no juice and only 3 chicken nuggets, our big macs bottom bun was in the middle of both. I called to complain about our food being messed up and instead of offering to fix our order Anthony Battaglia tells me it's just bread. Nevermind not getting all my food.

Every time you ask for a #2 (sausage and EGG McMuffin) with no cheese they give you a sausage McMuffin instead. And the person taking orders will argue with you about what you want. This place is ridiculous. If I could give no stars I would

I travel through here passing this McDonald's about three times a year. I haven't been there yet that either they were too slow or my food was not correct. When I say plain that's exactly what I mean, I don't mean plain But getting cheese on it anyway. Normally my fries are not hot. I've went in one time just to use the restroom. It was nasty needed to be cleaned!

I never know if they are going to be serving. I've been told many times that they don't have manpower and sometimes no one will even tell me that, I get no response at speaker and just drive off. They could at least post a note at the speaker so you don't waste your time waiting for someone to take your order when on the way to work.
