The lady on the speaker act like she could not hear nor did she get my order right. My burger was half done and French fries was cold.

Well their cold coffee and large fries are the best around although they keep the line moving with fast service and hard workers they can sometimes forget to be kind but forsure

Has truly come a long way, Amory used to be the best McDonald's around Monroe county now they are probably the worst. Vis versa Aberdeen used to be the worst now are hands down the best. Some are new and still learning but customer service and time efficiency is top notch especially with mobile order and curbside.
