Dr Michalik,
great to work with, very professional (but not stuffy), he and the staff made me feel very comfortable. He listened, answered all my questions, thoroughly went thru my X-rays and medical history, set up a plan.
I did not feel like he had a timer on and rushing me through, he took his time making sure my questions were answered.
I highly recommend him and the clinic!

Initially my first encounter with Dr michalik wasn't really impressive but he did something unexpected and called me back to discuss some additional medical records he had reviewed. That really impressed me and made me feel like he was hearing what I was saying and acknowledging my pain to the best of his ability newly acquiring me as a patient. I recognize that taking over a patient from a previous doctor must be intimidating and takes some time to get to know the patient especially when dealing with comorbities of health conditions. That phone call made me also realize that I may know all that I have been struggling with, but the new Dr does not. It takes time and patience on both sides to develop trust and work collaboratively on a care plan. I feel like we are now on track to move forward and am confident that Dr Michalik will be a terrific fit for my back, neck and spine specialist.
