        New Gen Studio is a hidden gem in Worthington! The smoke shop has an impressive variety of disposable vapes, CBD, Kratom, and glass pipes, always stocked with Breeze pros, Elf Bars, Eco Bars. The salon is top-notch for hair and nails. Stylish ambiance, friendly staff, and excellent customer service make it a must-visit. Highly recommended!

        Terrible communication. Got angry and told me not to reschedule. I made my appointment a month in advance but he said he was too busy with other things and couldnt get ahold of me to cancel. Drove over an hour to be disrespected over the phone. Jesus was yelling at us through the phone and his mom was apologizing for him. Kinda sad. To say that we were being disrespectful is a lie. Jesus knows that for the past 5 or 6 years never once did we communicate through text. TEXT not a call is how he tried to communicate. It was always fb. Service: Haircut

        Drove over an hour away and had booked over a month in advance with my significant other and was yelled at over the phone by Jesus that he didnt have time to let us know that he wouldnt be there bc his life is so busy, acting like it was our fault we werent aware he wouldnt be there. Yet, the day day before my boyfriend received a email from the app confirming his appointment for the next day. Jesus charges customers if they have to reschedule but yet acts rude towards his customers when he cancels on them last minute and does no effort to reach out to them. Poor communication, and you can tell he only cares about making money and not being compassionate towards his customers.
