        When we decided to put in a gas fireplace, I initially reached out to a larger company with lots of showrooms in our region. I told them my budget and my size requirements, and they suggested a model that didn't meet either. I turned to Twin City Fireplace, and Jim helped recommend a model that was exactly what I was looking for. Fit my budget, scheduled an install promptly, installers were professional, and the fireplace looks GREAT. Thank you again!!

        I was remiss in reviewing tcfs earlier. I was reminded this morning that this was the BEST contractor experience we have ever had. The service was great prices competitive and everyone very helpful. The product though... Outstanding

        Mike and the install staff were helpful and did a great job! We didn't realize how fake our old fireplace looked until the new one was installed. Our whole family really enjoys the new fireplace.
