        Very disappointed with inability to exchange 14 karat gold hoop earrings for same pair despite verbalizing and demonstrating quality is subpar- hoop bends when fastening to point of folding over, one earring arm does not even attach to clip. Both hoops are now dented. Who knew one needed to purchase a service plan to receive any assistance? Have no clue how much a plan even costs. Now wondering if the sale price indicates poor quality of item purchased. Never have experienced problems with jewelry purchased at this store before and I have shopped at this store since it was built. Bought these as a gift so truly embarrassing. Wont be back.
