    I didn't like how the workers acted they had a very rude attitude and had only told our kids they can't run around seemed like racism and discrimination to me and they were watching us around the store like we were gonna steal 12/16/23 I would prefer better workers if u want people to shop in your store I could go to target and Walmart and get your brand for cheaper

    Love this store. They are always well stocked and have amazing clearance section. I read some of the other reviews and I was sad to see that so many people have had such bad experiences. The staff always watches me when Im there too. At first I thought it was weird but then I looked around and saw that they were doing that with everyone no matter the color of their skin or their age I think its just to see if anyone looks like they need help not because they think someones a criminal haha. Every time Im there, they are walking around constantly asking everyone In the store if they needed assistance. They were very nice about every return Ive had. One complaint WHY WHY WHY dont you guys have carts? SO incredibly silly not to have just two or three of them for moms trying to shop with littles. My youngest is a very well behaved kid, but a baby. Hes going to try to pull stuff off the shelves out of curiosity and trying to tame him and shop was a huge pain in the butt haha

    We had a very bad experience with the manager. We came in to return items we had purchased with cash and gift card, because we changed our mind on the items we bought for our two boys seeing we could possibly get a better deal somewhere else.The manager right away seemed upset about the amount of stuff we wanted to return. She didnt take the time to see we had bought the items with cash and a gift card, and because the total was well over $400 she immediately TOLD us she had to give us a store credit card, not even giving us an option, keep in mind it was only a FEW days after we bought the items AND we had the receipt. We only wanted the amount we paid in cash back in cash, and we were okay with the rest being in a gift card but she never even asked us and later on lied straight to our faces saying she had asked us. She gave us a mean attitude since the beginning and then accused US of giving her an attitude and yelling at her when we just returned the attitude she gave us because we were shocked. This whole time we didnt realize she was the manager because she never acted like it. She said she didnt have enough cash in her drawer to give us all the cash back thinking she was going to have to give us $400+ back in cash but we only wanted what we paid for originally in cash. Now knowing she was the manager we dont understand why she was so means wasnt trying to be helpful with her customers at all. We were expecting to be able to return the items we didnt want and go on with our day, yet we were received with the WORST customer experience weve ever had. Were not sure if because of the age we are(keep in mind we are young) she thought it was okay to treat us the way she did but we are never coming here again.
