        We have lived at Sundance for 2+ years and love it! The staff are all Top Notch! Timothy in Mtce. does a fabulous job. He is very responsive and completes the jobs quickly no matter how large or small. I really appreciate him!

        I have now been living at Sundance for 7 months, and I absolutely love it. This is my first time ever living in a apartment so I made sure to choose wisely! The entire team, including maintenance have been very kind and helpful with any issues or questions I have had. The other residents are respectful and the neighborhood is very clean/upkept and safe. We have only had a few snow storms that required plowing, but the team they hire does a amazing job. They are up early starting in the driveways and roads. When I leave for work around 6:30am, my driveway is already cleared. I have only had one maintenance issue , and it was resolved within a day of putting my request in. They called before hand to make sure they could come in and I appreciate that. For any dog owners, the dog park is very nice to have and isnt very busy, plus they have a trail that circles Sundance, I feel totally safe as a young female taking my dog on a walk around that path late at night or early mornings. There is also a lake that is close by that you can walk to and make a loop. Its also nice to have patches of grass for quick potty breaks right outside your front door. I have a upstairs unit, I cant ever hear any of my neighbors. The balcony is a huge plus and is a very reasonable size. The garage and private entrance is probably my favorite thing. Everyone has there own opinions on what makes a good apartment complex , obviously there will always be cons to a place, but in my opinion the pros out way the cons and this is just my review and so far experience!
