If it were possible to give this place a 10 star review, I would. Cheaper. Excellent customer service. Better quality. We will drive 5 more miles just to go here from now on. My husband was on the way here and didn't realize the roads were this bad; running late, he called two minutes before their closing time at 4pm today and asked if the gentlemen working could hang around for a couple minutes. We had a couple tanks to pick up and a few 20#s to exchange. The nice gentlemen ( I wish I knew your name) said yes. He waited patiently. Meanwhile, I get a call from my husband who is on the side of the road with an overheated engine. That's never happened before. It's already 7min past 4, so I decided to call MWSC to leave a message saying my husband is unable to make it there and to thank him for being so nice to stay, and that we would see him tomorrow when they opened up again. The gentlemen still working didn't get the message (guessing I left it on the wrong extension). At 4:20, he called to ask if my husband was still going to make it. He didn't sound irritated, just nice and friendly . I felt terrible after realizing he didn't get my message. He Said that it was okay, and was understanding. NO other businesses can even remotely compare or compete when it comes to this place and it's workers. ***They have exceeded every expectation and then some.!!*** So, do yourself a favor and Skip going to the gas stations and chain stores for propane, and come here instead.!!! Btw; We use propane to heat our home in the winter; we had intentions of going to Mississippi Welders for over a year now but ended up always exchanging tanks at much closer ( yet more expensive) stores. We decided to finally get our larger tanks filled and my husband finally made it to MWSC to do that. .. Well, have you guys ever gotten home with freshly exchanged tank from Menards that you needed for heat right then only to realize when you hook it up, it leaks because they don't check or change the o-rings or brass fittings? Well, that's happened to me many times...so frustrating! . MWSC takes the time to check and fix tanks for you before filling. Thanks again to the gentlemen working the closing shift today, Thursday Dec. 22, 2022. You are very much appreciated and we thank you again for going above and beyond of what is expected!
