        While helping my nephew move on a Saturday my (very low to the ground) hatchback experienced a plastic shield malfunction causing it to drag on the ground. I could not drive 2.5 hours home in that condition, all I needed was to get it lifted off the ground and zip tie it until I could get it home to my dealership. But every dealership service department and auto-shop was closed (12 noon on a Saturday, really? No one has car issues on Saturday in Winona?) And then I found that Fleet Farm Auto was open. They (Billy) were willing and able to help; I was so grateful. Amazing Customer Service. Of I ever need anything while in or traveling through Winona again this is the first place Ill go.
