        I have walked into this salon 3 times- without an appointment- because they say walk in welcomed. I've come in the morning and in the afternoon... they always say we are full, come back tomorrow, not please wait 30 minutes, come in 2 hrs. No option for service, ever. I moved to Winona 6 months ago, and it gives me the impression they don't want new clients. Not very welcoming.
