        I have used click click cleaners twice now for residential service. Sequioa is awesome She has cleaned my mom's apartment twice. Once to get it up to standard and the 2nd time to prepare it for leaving. She did an amazing job both times and she is the sweetest person to work with. I highly recommend.

        We were very happy with their service, I had them clean both at a school multiple times and at home. I was always happy with their service and their ability to jump in and help with cleanings when my staff couldn't work. Highly recommend.

        They did an excellent job with the cleaning, but the customer service end needs improvement. The reaction I received made it seem like it was the messiest apartment they had ever seen. I was already stressed out and embarrassed about the mess, and the woman I spoke with made me feel even worse about it. The cleaner did a very good job for the time she had, which was very much appreciated.

      I do apologize if we made you feel embarrassed. That was not the intention. When you requested service, you said you needed "fine detail cleaning" and that you would have already done some work but had no time to finish. I will not share the details here, but fine detail cleaning did not describe what was needed. My cleaner was given a max of 4 hours to finish what should have been an 8-10 hour job. When she realized the extent of what needed to be done I called you to suggest a second day to finish the cleaning. If that felt judgemental to you, I apologize. The only goal was to figure out your top priorities and to suggest items that a landlord would put as their top priorities.Effective customer service sometimes means we have to be honest and perhaps blunt to ensure a positive outcome. Which I believe is exactly what you suggest happened in this case.
