I called today to ask why Holiday Inn charged my card 16.00. I got an excuse that because I booked my room on a Benefit Discount site through my employer, it wasn't from them. However, on my BANK STATEMENT, it is a charge though Holiday Inn Winona.
First off, I didn't pay my room through my bank account.
Second, the charge that showed up through Expedia is from Beneplace! Not Winona Holiday Inn.
The person I was speaking to dismissed my phone call and said there is nothing to do for me and kept telling me I have to go through Expedia.
So not only am I out $200 bucks because we had to leave early because of the snow storm, we are now out MORE money.
So if you book through. Expedia... Apparently they lie about room rates.

2 night stay. Clean room, comfy beds, plenty of firm & soft pillows. Nice flat screen TV with another cute one in the bathroom. Their breakfast was amazing! They had a pancake maker, bacon, sausage, omelets, cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, yogurt, mini almond milks with straw, fresh fruit...etc. sooo many options. The pool was super clean, the whirlpool felt great after ice climbing at the Winona Ice Park. We had an amazing window view of the Sugar Loaf Bluff. Def will be back. Great hotel.

Very clean, newly remodeled hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay...
Rooms: Super clean and spacious
Walkability: Across road from kwik trip and there are shops and restaurants nearby
