Winona Farm

Hi Candy, where ever you are. Beautiful Winona, forever protected by nature, in that the hills, lake and river are not buildable. Just over the 400' bluff is a 400 rural basin, out of sight from Winona's 27k and the 300 homes in Valley Oaks. The 175 acre Winona Farm is protected from development by the Mn. Land Trust. At 92, there are many messes here, but one could look at 1,000 town and cities and not find another small valley at the junction of 2 trout streams that has such environmental potential. Maybe you know of an individual or group that would help develop it for the birds, bees, butterflies, natural burial, biochar and healthy soil.
