Downtown Dental

I only gave this place a two star because the ladies at the front desk are so kind but otherwise not a great place anymore since Dr. Mounce left and they are down to one hygienist and that hygienist lied to me. I told her straight out that I don't work much anymore so I just want the basic exam and cleaning and she told me that the measuring of the gums was included but it cost an extra $102! I called right away after examining the bill since it was so expensive and told them that she had told me it wasn't extra and they were going to get my money back but I never heard from them again after calling twice. I then switched dentists. Not cool Downtown Dental. I usually don't write negative reviews but this place needs one.

Dr. Mounce is retired and they are down to one hygienist so takes forever to get in even for a lost filling. They got me in today for a cleaning and said that I needed a whole mouth x-ray. I said a bite wing was always sufficient before but not now. Only people left is two awesome ladies upfront. I wish Dr. Mounce the best but done with Zerhren trained Dr. at Downtown Dental

Dr Mounce had been my dentist for over 20 years, and I've always been happy with her and her wonderful staff.
