        I recently called this dental office to inquire about setting up an appointment, as I only have Medicaid for insurance. The female receptionist was very cold, cruel, and unhelpful. She also talked down to me - which is unacceptable on a personal level and unprofessional - when I inquired if she knew of any dentists in the Winona area that took Medicaid. Needless to say, I will never be going to this dental office for my oral healthcare. Maybe try actually caring about those of us that cannot afford private dental insurance? Just a thought!
