      image We just bought our son a loft bed. The sales lady was very nice we actually spoke on the phone earlier in the day. We were told it would take about thirty minutes to take apart and we were there one hour before they closed. We live forty five minutes away and we're asked if we could come the next day to pick it up due to the fact they said it would take longer than expected. We said that was not possible.....it took them less than thirty minutes to take apart. When it was being loaded in our vehicle it was noticed that they left the bolts in the bed but took everything else out. If that wasn't noticed that hardware could of been lost.
