My first time visiting and it was a great experience. Took a little longer than usual, but not a problem. They were all so great and didn't make me feel bad about not seeing a dentist in a few years. They did awesome working with my budget and schedule! Highly recommend.

This is honestly the best dentist I went to, they have great staff, and my teeth look so much healthier and amazing and white after I can came from my appointment, I really recommend this dentist place. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!

Had the absolute worst experience at aspen dental in willmar. Over the phone I asked if we could do payment plans since our insurance wasn't covered and they said over the phone that we could. Once we actually got to aspen they automatically ask for the payment upfront and don't do payment plans. First time we went they said we had to wait 30 minutes because they are running behind schedule. Next group of people walk in, they have insurance and they are seen right away. Next guy in line doesn't have insurance and they tell him he has to wait 30 minutes as well but the people with insurance didn't have to wait. After that first appointment we set up a cleaning for a week later and while we are waiting they said they never heard back from our doctor so we couldn't do the appointment. Never will I go back to this place we paid in cash and we're supposed to get $3 in change and the front desk lady looked at us like we were crazy and said absolutely no dentist place has cash on them or used cash at all for payments.
