I went there with a piece of scrap glass from a side panel of a aquarium. I needed them cut for top braces for a couple of aquariums with broken plastic braces. The guy told me they were tempered glass when I knew it was not true. I was able to cut them myself and luckily I had two extra sheets. The pieces I cut weren't perfect but worked for what I was doing. Perfered them to be perfect, hense why I wanted a professional to do it. So A he didn't know what he was doing or B he didnt want to waste his time. Had a hell of a time trying to find out when he was open due to closing and opening whenever he wanted. Looks as he only cares about big shipments. You need a piece of glass cut dont bother. Go online and buy a decent glass cutter do it yourself. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do it.
