        Have sent multiple emails asking for an ACH payment link with no response. Was quoted 1800$ for a clean up and and tax preparation. I was given an autogenerated quickbooks report for the clean up. Taxes never completed, when I asked about if they would complete them they said it would be an additional $400 dollars! I had already paid according to their invoicing. Ive asked them to remove 400 for tax prep not completed with no response. $300 of that was quickbooks set up, which is entering company information like address, phone number. Weeks have gone by with no response and Ive been emailing them almost weekly. On top of this horrible service they are now charging 120% annual interest for horrible work and work not completed. Will remove this if they help to resolve the issues.
