    Got to say this place made me feel at home. Went through with financing the Yamaha R1 and Aaron made every bit of the process clear and concise. Also, shout out to Zander for getting the process started. He is a great, down to earth guy. All the employees we're great and I HIGHLY recommend checking the place out.

    My sales consultant Jeff went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful and welcoming. He knew what he was talking about, and didn't try to push me into a decision. Even when I didn't get approved right away, he even had one of his finance guys go out of his way and got me an excellent deal that worked out perfect for me. I highly recommend Tousley Motorsports if you appreciate honesty and substantial service.

    As an active duty military family, we were excited to purchase a boat from Tousley Motorsports in November of 2023, enticed by their competitive prices. However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations. Despite our patience, multiple attempts to follow up on various issues yielded no results. We awaited the arrival of crucial registration documents, only to find out months later that they were submitted incorrectly and were several months late. This lack of attention to detail forced us to repay and resubmit, causing unnecessary delays and additional expenses. Despite our weekly calls and emails, our attempts to communicate with the dealership were met with silence, save for one solitary email and phone call. Each time we requested to speak with a manager, we were either told they were unavailable or promised a callback that never materialized. Even the purchasing process was marred by incompetence, as sales personnel repeatedly wrote up our order for varying prices and refused to allow us to speak with the sales manager without intervention from higher-ups. As a result, the lack of registered trailer documentation prevented us from properly storing the boat at the marina, necessitating additional expenditures. Our patience as a family was tested, as we felt we had fulfilled our obligations by paying the necessary fees and waiting an appropriate amount of time, yet received no answers or resolutions. Despite being readily available to discuss these issues, the dealership leadership has failed to reach out or address our concerns. As we contemplate our next steps, we are left feeling frustrated and disillusioned by our experience with Tousley Motorsports.

    Garbage Service and Support Department, that refuses to provide a part that was missing at purchase, unless they install it themselves. They want the extra money for installation, instead of providing the part to the customer! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Always good service in the parts department. I checked out the sales floor. Fewer than normal inventory, but prices were competitive. No test drive available. I was interested in a Honda Fury, but couldn't try out the extended fork.

We are not able to offer test rides on all of our vehicles, especially during the off season for motorcycles, due to sand still being on the roads. We would love to have you stop back in once the weather warms up and road sweeps have been out.
